简记是一款个人记账与财务整理工具，不提供投资、税务、会计或其他任何专业意见。App 内的统计、预算和图表仅用于帮助你回顾自己的收支，不构成任何形式的建议。

2. 你的责任

• 你对自己录入的数据负责。
• AI 功能需要你自行注册并配置第三方模型服务商，由此产生的 API 调用费用由你与该服务商结算，我们不转售也不代收。
• 你需自行遵守所选服务商的使用条款。

3. 关于 AI 识别的准确性

AI 对语音、文字和图片的识别可能产生金额、日期、分类或商家上的错误。在做任何重要决策前，请核对原始凭证。App 在保存前提供核对界面，建议不要跳过。

4. 数据与备份

你的数据存在你自己的设备和你自己的 iCloud 中，我们不持有副本，因此无法为你恢复任何数据。建议定期使用「账单导出」做 CSV 备份。因设备故障、系统同步异常、第三方模型服务或误操作导致的数据丢失，应以你的导出备份与原始凭证为准。

5. 免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，本工具按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或默示的担保。

6. 条款变更

条款如有实质性调整，我们会更新本页日期并在版本更新说明中注明。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。

1. What this app is

Accounova is a personal bookkeeping and money-organizing tool. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or any other professional advice. The statistics, budgets, and charts inside are there to help you review your own spending and do not constitute advice of any kind.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the data you enter.
• AI features require you to register with and configure a third-party model provider yourself. Any API usage costs are settled directly between you and that provider — we neither resell nor collect them.
• You are responsible for complying with your chosen provider's terms of use.

3. Accuracy of AI recognition

AI recognition of voice, text, and images can get amounts, dates, categories, or merchants wrong. Always check against the original record before relying on it for anything that matters. The app shows a review screen before saving — we recommend not skipping it.

4. Data and backups

Your data lives on your own device and in your own iCloud. We keep no copy, and therefore cannot restore anything for you. We recommend periodic CSV backups via Export. For data loss caused by device failure, sync problems, third-party model services, or mistakes, your own exported backups and original receipts are the authoritative record.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will update the date on this page and note it in the release notes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
