Privacy Policy

简记不收集你的任何数据。我们没有服务器，没有账号系统，也没有任何统计、广告或追踪工具。你的账本存在你自己的设备和你自己的 iCloud 里。

1. 我们收集哪些信息

没有。简记的开发者不收集、不接收、不存储你的任何个人信息或记账数据。App 内没有注册或登录流程，我们无法识别你是谁，也无法访问你记录的任何内容。

2. 你的数据存在哪里

设备本地：账本、流水、分类、账户、预算和票据图片都保存在你的设备上。
你的 iCloud：如果你的设备已登录 iCloud 且开启了 iCloud 云盘，数据会通过 你个人的 iCloud 私有数据库在你自己的设备之间同步。这条通道由 Apple 提供并加密，数据存在你的 iCloud 账户额度内，开发者无权访问，也无法查看。

你随时可以在系统设置里关闭本 App 的 iCloud 同步。

3. AI 功能与第三方模型服务商

简记的 AI 记账是可选功能，采用「用户自带密钥」的方式：需要你自行注册并配置第三方模型服务商的 API 密钥。

当你使用 AI 记账、AI 查账或截图识别时，相关的对话内容、图片以及当前问题实际需要的账本数据会从你的设备直接发送到你自己选择并配置的服务商。
这些请求不经过简记的任何服务器（我们没有服务器）。
你的 API 密钥保存在本机的 iOS 钥匙串中，只有你的这台设备能读取，不会同步到 iCloud，我们也无法获取。
你与该服务商之间的数据处理，适用该服务商自己的隐私政策。可选服务商包括 OpenAI、Anthropic、Google Gemini、DeepSeek、通义千问、智谱 GLM、月之暗面 Kimi，或任何 OpenAI 兼容的自建服务。
不配置密钥不影响使用：记账、分类、预算、统计、账户管理、iCloud 同步等全部功能均可正常工作，且完全不会有任何数据离开你的设备。

4. 语音输入

语音记账使用 Apple 提供的语音识别服务（Speech 框架）。根据你的设备型号、已安装的语言包和网络状况，转写可能在设备本机完成，也可能由 Apple 的服务器完成，这一行为由 iOS 系统决定。简记不会保存你的录音，识别完成后音频即被丢弃。

5. 截图记账

通过「快捷指令」触发的截图记账，仅在你主动运行该快捷指令时生成截图，并发送给你已配置的模型服务商进行识别。App 不会在后台截屏，也不会读取你相册中的其他内容。

6. 权限说明

麦克风：仅用于语音记账时录音。
语音识别：仅用于把你说的话转成记账文字。
通知：仅用于你自己设置的记账提醒。提醒完全在设备本地生成，你的时间安排不会被上传。

以上权限都可以拒绝，拒绝后仅对应功能不可用，不影响其他功能。

7. 第三方 SDK 与追踪

简记不包含任何广告、数据分析、崩溃统计或用户行为追踪的第三方 SDK。我们不使用 IDFA，不进行跨 App 或跨网站追踪，也不会向任何第三方出售或共享你的信息。

8. 儿童隐私

简记不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。由于本 App 不收集任何数据，此条对所有用户一视同仁。

9. 删除你的数据

你的数据完全由你掌控，随时可以：

在 App 内删除单笔流水、分类、账户或整个账本；
在「我的 → 账号管理」中清空当前账本的全部流水；
在「我的 → AI 记账」中删除已保存的 API 密钥；
删除 App 以移除本机全部数据；在系统设置的 iCloud 管理中删除本 App 的云端数据。

由于我们不持有你的任何数据，无需向我们提交删除请求。

10. 政策变更

如果本政策有实质性调整，我们会更新本页顶部的日期，并在 App 的版本更新说明中注明。

Accounova collects nothing about you. We run no servers, have no accounts, and include no analytics, advertising, or tracking. Your ledger lives on your own device and in your own iCloud.

1. What we collect

Nothing. The developer of Accounova does not collect, receive, or store any of your personal information or financial records. There is no sign-up and no login — we cannot identify you, and we cannot access anything you record.

2. Where your data lives

On your device: ledgers, transactions, categories, accounts, budgets, and receipt images are stored locally.
In your iCloud: if your device is signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive enabled, your data syncs between your own devices through your personal iCloud private database. That channel is provided and encrypted by Apple, the data counts against your own iCloud storage, and the developer has no access to it and cannot view it.

You can turn off iCloud sync for this app at any time in System Settings.

3. AI features and third-party model providers

AI bookkeeping is an optional feature that works on a bring-your-own-key basis: you register with a third-party model provider yourself and configure your own API key.

When you use AI logging, AI queries, or receipt recognition, the relevant conversation, images, and only the ledger data actually needed for that question are sent from your device directly to the provider you chose and configured.
These requests never pass through any Accounova server — we do not operate one.
Your API key is stored in the iOS keychain on your device. Only that device can read it, it is never synced to iCloud, and we cannot obtain it.
Data handling between you and that provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policy. Supported providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Alibaba Qwen, Zhipu GLM, Moonshot Kimi, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint you host yourself.
You can use the app without a key. Manual entry, categories, budgets, statistics, account management, and iCloud sync all work fully — and in that case no data leaves your device at all.

4. Voice input

Voice entry uses Apple's speech recognition (the Speech framework). Depending on your device model, installed language assets, and network conditions, transcription happens either on device or through Apple's servers — that choice is made by iOS. Accounova does not retain your recordings; audio is discarded once transcription completes.

5. Screenshot capture

Screenshot-based logging runs through the Shortcuts app and captures a screenshot only when you actively run that shortcut, sending it to the model provider you configured. The app never captures your screen in the background and does not read anything else in your photo library.

6. Permissions

Microphone — only to record audio while logging by voice.
Speech recognition — only to turn what you say into a transaction.
Notifications — only for reminders you set yourself. Reminders are scheduled entirely on device; your schedule is never uploaded.

You may deny any of these. Denying one disables only that feature; everything else keeps working.

7. Third-party SDKs and tracking

Accounova contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or behavioral-tracking SDKs. We do not use the IDFA, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we never sell or share your information with anyone.

8. Children's privacy

Accounova is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app collects no data at all, this applies equally to every user.

9. Deleting your data

Your data is entirely under your control. At any time you can:

delete individual transactions, categories, accounts, or an entire ledger in the app;
clear all transactions in the current ledger under Me → Account;
delete your stored API key under Me → AI Bookkeeping;
delete the app to remove all local data, and remove its cloud data from iCloud management in System Settings.

Because we hold none of your data, there is no deletion request to send us.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and note it in the app's release notes.
